About Our Firm

Our firm was founded in 1990 by Harry Pascuzzi with the primary focus being on real estate and business-related legal matters. Since that time, the firm has expanded both in size and in areas of practice. Since its inception, the firm has diversified its areas of practice to include civil litigation, business law, employment law, business formation, commercial litigation, products liability, real estate, mediation, arbitration, wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, family law, conservatorships, guardianships, solar, and consumer law.
Over the years, an experienced group of quality attorneys have joined the firm, including Susan L. Pascuzzi, Steven R. Stoker, William E. McComas, and Jared C. Kapheim. Among the attorneys at the firm, we possess over 100 years of combined legal experience and over 100 years of non-legal, practical work experience.
